Who is responsible
Kendrake LLC operates kendrake.com. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions or requests. This notice covers the website, free readiness check, report requests, inquiries, and staff survey. Client engagements may have additional written privacy and security terms.
Information collected
The readiness check collects structured tool names, plans, uses, data categories, restriction and connector confirmations, and governance answers. Report requests and inquiries collect name, work email, company, and the selected interest or requested service. Staff surveys collect team, tool-use metadata, policy awareness, follow-up preference, and an optional work email. Booking information is collected through Calendly. Hosting and bot-protection providers process network, device, and challenge information, which can include IP addresses.
Information you should not provide
Do not submit government data, CUI, classified information, prompts, model outputs, contract text, credentials, sensitive work descriptions, or personal records through the public forms or ordinary email. Minimize metadata and confirm you are authorized to share it. This website is intended for business users, not children.
How information is used
We use submitted information to display requested preliminary findings, deliver requested reports, answer inquiries, arrange meetings, and perform authorized readiness work. The anonymous check processes answers to display findings without emailing them or saving them in an application database or browser storage. Requesting a PDF with contact details sends the report to you and sends your contact details, answers, and report to Kendrake LLC. Staff survey responses are delivered to the Kendrake LLC mailbox as a metadata export for the authorized engagement. Forms do not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Service providers and recipients
Cloudflare hosts the website and processes form requests and Turnstile bot checks. Resend delivers form-related email. Google Workspace hosts the Kendrake LLC business mailbox within the Workspace account also used for Kelynto. The Kendrake LLC sending address and signature identify Kendrake LLC; sharing the Workspace account does not itself authorize using Kendrake LLC contact information for Kelynto marketing. Calendly processes scheduling information and connects bookings to the organizer's Google calendar. Providers handle information under their applicable terms and settings. Ordinary email reports can be accessed by the recipient and the relevant mail providers.
Other disclosures and uses
The website has no advertising pixels or data-sale feature. Kendrake LLC does not sell website submission data or use it for targeted advertising. We may disclose information when necessary to comply with law, respond to a lawful request, protect rights, or address fraud or security incidents. Information shared for a client engagement is limited to its authorized recipients and agreed purpose. We do not publish client names, submissions, or results without permission.
Retention
Anonymous check answers are not retained by the application. In-memory request limits temporarily use network information; providers can maintain separate operational and security records. Delivered emails and provider delivery records are subject to their settings. Our operational procedure is to review unconverted lead records at least monthly and delete them within 90 days of collection, unless an active engagement, a requested follow-up, a dispute, or a legal obligation justifies continued retention. Deletion is a mailbox procedure, not an automatic application feature. Engagement retention is agreed in its statement of work. Backup copies may expire under provider retention cycles rather than immediately.
Cookies and measurement
Optional analytics and funnel-event collection are disabled in the current launch configuration. A separate operational count records anonymous check completions without visitor identifiers or answer content. Kendrake LLC does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare processes information needed for delivery and security. The booking page embeds Calendly, whose providers may set their own cookies and offer their own cookie controls. Opening or using scheduling is subject to Calendly's privacy practices. Any future optional analytics or marketing tracking requires a notice review before activation.
Your requests
Email [email protected] to ask about access, correction, deletion, or a copy of information you supplied. Describe the request without sending sensitive documents. We may ask for reasonable identity verification. We will explain any limitation, including legal preservation obligations, and respond within any deadline required by applicable law. If you disagree with a response, reply with “Privacy appeal” and the reason; Kendrake LLC will review it. Privacy rights vary by jurisdiction and context. This notice does not claim that every state privacy statute applies to every business interaction.
Security and changes
We minimize collected data and use service-provider security features and restricted access appropriate to this workflow. No internet or email service can guarantee absolute security. Do not send protected work content through this site. Provider processing may occur in the United States or other locations under their terms; no government-cloud or residency assurance is made. The effective date identifies this notice version. Material changes will be reflected in the notice and, where required, communicated separately.
