Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman and L3Harris each published 2026 supplier terms with AI rules, and they differ. One lets an approved tool run with limits. Another needs written approval before any AI use. GSA added a federal clause for LLM features in October 2026. A business subscription or a no-training setting does not settle these questions on its own. The answer depends on the terms on each order and the data each use touches.
