About these terms
Kendrake LLC operates kendrake.com and provides AI use readiness information and a free preliminary check. These terms describe use of the website. They do not create a paid consulting engagement. Paid services require a separately signed statement of work.
Permitted use
You may use this website for lawful business evaluation and internal readiness planning. Submit only accurate information you are authorized to share. Do not disrupt the service, evade access controls, send unsolicited messages through the forms, or misrepresent your identity or authority.
Information you submit
Use the public forms only for the requested metadata and business contact details. Do not submit government data, controlled unclassified information, classified information, prompts, model outputs, contract text, credentials, personal records, or sensitive work descriptions. Metadata can itself be sensitive. Review it before submission. If a task requires protected material, stop and arrange an appropriate process under a separate signed engagement.
What findings mean
The free check evaluates self-reported answers against a dated Kendrake LLC ruleset. It does not independently inspect a deployment, verify vendor claims, interpret a contract for you, or test security controls. Scores measure reported practices. A finding is limited to its stated facts and assumptions. Unknown answers and missing evidence remain unresolved. A lower-concern finding is not permission to use a tool.
Professional responsibilities
Your organization retains responsibility for its approvals, data classification, procurement, contract compliance, security decisions, and use of AI outputs. Seek qualified legal or technical advice where needed. Kendrake LLC does not provide legal advice, a certification, a CMMC assessment, or a guarantee of customer acceptance, contract award, security, or regulatory compliance.
Materials and intellectual property
Kendrake LLC retains rights in its original website materials and methods. You may download and use materials expressly offered for that purpose in your own internal readiness work, keeping their source and limitation notices. Do not sell or present Kendrake LLC materials as your own independent certification. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners' rights. A signed engagement governs rights in paid deliverables.
Privacy and external services
The Privacy notice explains collection, use, service providers, retention, and requests. Scheduling and linked third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. Kendrake LLC does not control third-party availability or changes. A link is not an endorsement or confirmation that a source applies to your contract.
Availability and reasonable reliance
The free website is provided as available. Kendrake LLC may correct, change, or suspend it, including when sources are outdated or security requires action. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty is made that the free service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular decision. Verify material facts before relying on a finding. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded. Paid-service warranties, remedies, and liability are governed by the signed engagement.
Changes and contact

Governing law
